1. Goods cannot be supplied on a sale or return basis and no goods will be taken back or exchanged once they have left our premises unless previously agreed. A charge of 25% is made for any restocking where applicable.
  2. We regret that specially ordered tiles are not supplied on a sale or return basis, and no specially ordered tiles will be taken back or exchanged once they have left our premises.
  3. Goods from our warehouse stock may be exchanged as long as batch numbers on returned tiles correspond to current batch numbers in our warehouse. Tiles returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  4. Variations in shade and pattern can occur. Samples, colours and glazes can vary considerably over a period of time. Samples on show therefore are for general guidance only and may not be current stock.
  5. Hand decorated tiles in particular are likely to have variations within the same batch. It is a normal characteristic of this type of tile and we cannot be held responsible for variations of this nature.
  6. We cannot guarantee to match shades of previous orders.
  7. Please ensure before fixing that goods are satisfactory and suitable for the purpose required. No claims can be accepted once wall or floor tiles are fixed.
  8. We cannot be held responsible for quantities on measurements supplied by the customer. These are worked out in good faith and should be rechecked by the customer before ordering.
  9. When fixing, work from several boxes to give an acceptable overall colour variation.
  10. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing as this is an inherent part of ceramics
  11. When laying rectangle tiles. it’s recommended that they are fixed in a stacked format rather than a brick pattern.
