I would like to congratulate you and your staff for the excellent service I received when I came to your shop, having decided to learn a new skill of tiling a wall. The staff took my tile order and was able to obtain the tiles I needed faster than the other companies I contacted. The price was comparison to the other companies. I had a prompt phone call when the tiles arrived at your shop. When I actually visited the shop the services and advice for a novice like me was honest and impeccable. The tools needed for the job were chosen after good advice and with great care to cope with my current disability. I was treated with respect and dignity.

I felt the staff worked like in a big family business and they were very knowledgeable and I observed happy at thier workplace. I would like to compliment you and your staff in all this.
